Here are some Frequently Asked Questions.  Your question may have already been answered below.  If you do not see your question, feel free to ask us.

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND?

A:      Yes, children may attend.  Family participation is encouraged.  All attendees ages 7 and older must purchase a $20 donation ticket.

WHEN IS THE EVENT?

A:      The 6th Annual Cancer Dancer Line Dance Workshop Event is scheduled for Sunday, September 16, 2018 from 12 NOON until 6 P.M.  

Doors open to the public at 11:30 A.M.  

WHERE WILL THE EVENT TAKE PLACE?

A:      The 6th Annual Cancer Dancer Line Dance Workshop Event will take place at 

 Cancun Cantina 

 7501 Old Telegraph Road

IS FOOD AND DRINK INCLUDED IN THE DONATIONS TICKET PRICE?

A:      No.  The Cancun Cantina owners are donating the staff and venue free of charge.  The Restaurant and Bar are cash, pay as you go and remain with the Cantina.

WHAT DO WE GET FOR OUR $20 DONATIONS?

A:      You get entry into the event, 6 hours of FUN, Great instruction by some of the areas best Line Dance teachers and choreographers, open dancing (both Lines and Couples), automatic participation in Door Prize drawings, the opportunity to give back and be a Difference-Maker and the knowledge that you are fighting back against a disease that knows no bias.  Cancer never sleeps.  We celebrate the lives of those who are with us as Cancer Survivors, we Remember those who have lost their battle and we commit to Fight Back in every way we know how.

DO WE NEED TO BRING CASH MONEY WITH US TO THE DANCE?

A:      Yes.  In addition to purchasing your ticket at the entrance, there will be opportunities to participate in a 50-50 Raffle, as well as, 10 Raffle baskets that range in value from $75-$400.  There will be a basket with Ravens Football Tickets plus parking pass.

HOW CAN I HELP OUT IN THIS EFFORT?

A:      You can be a big help by promoting our dance with your family and friends and asking that they do the same.  Posting this website www.CancerDancerBenefit.com to your Face Book page would be a great service.  Also we have a <FLYER> that you can email around or print down and pass out.

IF I PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE WILL I GET THEM IN THE MAIL?

 A:     To keep it simple for everyone, any tickets purchased online will be held for you at the door on the day of the event.  There is no "Shipping" as mentioned in the purchasing process.  When you arrive just give your name and show ID to pick them up.  You will be "on the list" already at that point.  If you like added reassurance bring your receipt with you.

CAN I MAKE A DONATION AND STILL PARTICIPATE IN THE DOOR PRIZE DRAWINGS?

A:      YES, each multiple of $20 donated qualifies you for 1 entry in our Door Prize drawings, just as if you had bought tickets.  Provided you select "YES" to the question that you want to be included in the drawings found on our Donation page form.  See our Donations page for more details.
